Sto-Nor offers a line of high-performance thermoplastic polyurethane bonding films that are applicable to a variety of industries. The bonding film we produce is based on polyester and polyether however all of the various bonding film lines we produce are non-pvc and free from plasticizers. Where can Loxy®Film's Bonding Film Be Applied
The bonding films we offer are the same films we utilize for our seam sealing tape, creating highly-effective water barriers in heavy-duty garments. Supplied in film form or roll for quick implementation into production lines, once cured our bonding film will form a permanent structural bond able to withstand harsh environments and heavy-duty use, including elevated temperatures.

Bonding Film in Textiles
Customers use bonding film not only to improve clothing lines but also as a strong bonding agent. Some breathable Loxy-films, such as Loxy-Respire, are used as a membrane featuring high WVTR, improved softness, additional elasticity and temperature resistance. This benefit improves the movement of water vapor through the film to be releases into the environment.
Our bonding film is also applicable to shoes and other work wear. A prime example is the use of our bonding film by Helly Hansen in their product line. Likewise, the bonding films offered by Loxy/Sto-Nor are ideal for bonding emblems and logos onto a variety of fabrics with a heat press.
